My work has been recognized in Creative Festivals such as The Effie Awards, The Clio Awards, New York Festivals, Shorty Awards, London Marketing & Media Awards, Addys, ANA Multicultural Awards, Hispanic Advertising Awards and Ojo de Iberoamérica, among others. I have also served as a jury member in multiple award shows.
As a wine enthusiast, I ran my own wine club for over five years. This helped me gain deeper hands-on knowledge on the client’s pov, budgeting, sales and consumer insights. My passion projects include writing humorous personal essays and running my own instagram wine accounts in Spanish under ElVinonauta (the wine astronaut) and in English under VinoLovesVinyl, where I pair vinyl records with wine.
When I’m not writing, I’m writing. I’ve had op-eds published on the advertising industry and I’ve taken courses at Second City on writing humorous personal essays.
