As the lead of the Hispanic ERG, I faced a budgetary reality that made producing a traditional cookbook challenging, especially when considering the costs associated with food photography and managing all the logistics involved. To overcome this obstacle, I utilized AI technology to generate photos of all the dishes that our members submitted for this project. This process was extremely challenging because the images needed to feel authentic and true to the culture. However, through continuous refinement and constant prompt learning, we were ultimately able to find suitable, high-quality images for every single recipe featured in the cookbook.
